Job Description
1. Direct Tax Advisory: Corporate tax, transfer pricing, and international tax matters, for domestic and international clients.
2. Compliance Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of all corporate tax returns. Review tax calculations, provisions, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Handle submissions, assessments, and appeals before the CIT(A) and Tribunals.
4. Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations and proactively advise on tax planning strategies for optimizing tax position.
5. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with tax authorities, business teams, functional teams, and external service providers.
6. Client Management and Deliverables: Take responsibility for client management, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Manage multiple clients while prioritizing tasks and maintaining the highest standards of work.
7. Team Management and Development: Monitor the work of the team, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment and conduct training sessions to enhance the teams skills and expertise.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. CA with 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.
2. Experience of working on direct tax.
3. Accountable, takes complete ownership of assignment and clients.
4. Strong execution and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication skills: verbal as well as written
Quality conscious.
