Roles & Responsibility
• Advice on International tax and transfer pricing.
• Advice on mergers and acquisitions, demergers, divestments and
corporate/business structuring.
• Advising PE/VCs on their formation, tax implications.
• Structuring for establishing a business presence in India.
• Tax litigation before tax authorities, tax tribunals and courts.
Desired Candidate Requirement
• Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years post
articleship experience in direct tax.
• In case of freshers should have articleship experience in direct tax.
• M&A tax and transaction tax, PE/VCF tax will be an added
advantage.
• Candidates from top Accounting/Law Firms would be ideal for the
role.
• Knowledge of International Tax and transfer pricing.
