Job Description
1. Assistance in strategizing tax litigation.
2. Assistance in representations before the AO,CIT(A), DRP and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
3. Holds knowledge of Direct taxation covering litigation
4. Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities in the appropriate syntax
5. Representing clients before the tax authorities like AOs, CIT (A), ITAT etc.
6. Passion to work in the direct tax field. Good understanding of tax laws.
7. Strong interpersonal skills (ability to liaise at all levels). Ability to communicate and interact with clients
8. Experience in search & seizure cases will be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualified CA
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in Direct tax practice, mainly in handling litigation matters.
