The Senior executive in the Non-Profit Organization (NPO) Division is a critical role responsible for supporting the strategic initiatives and operations of the division. The Senior Associate will work closely with the NPO team to deliver exceptional services to non-profit clients and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
1. Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with non-profit clients, serving as a primary point of contact for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Understand their goals, challenges, and objectives to provide strategic guidance and support.
2. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on non-profit industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client strategies and programs.
3. Compliance and Governance: Stay up to date with legal and regulatory requirements impacting non-profit organizations (such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, FCRA, CSR, SSE, etc.). Ensure compliance with applicable laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
4. Grant and Financial Management: Support the compliance with grant requirements, deadlines, reporting, tracking of funds for non-profit clients alongwith draft calculation of total income and tax liability on half yearly basis for shortfalls if any.
5. Working Knowledge: Skillset required for various services catered to non-profit organizations, such as: Audit and Assurance, Knowledge of Accounting for non-profit organizations, Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, Knowledge of Relevant Forms pertinent to non-profit organizations, Drafting of submissions and Representation along with follow ups before various Income Tax Authorities.
6. Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for non-profit clients and internal stakeholders. Clearly articulate progress, outcomes, and impact of initiatives.

1. Bachelors degree or Masters.
2. Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) working in the non-profit sector, preferably in a client-facing or project management role.
3. Strong understanding of the non-profit landscape, including grant management, compliance, and governance.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations.
7. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Tally, and ability to use Google as a search engine.
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
