Job Description
1. proficiency in handling Company Law, LLP matters, Partnership firm etc.,
2. RBI matters (including FEMA matters) - Expert level knowledge in ODI, FDI, Debt funding, NBFC and ensuring meticulous compliance on these matters with RBI.
3. Experience in Attending NCLT matters for compounding & other hearings.
4. Experience in liaisoning with RBI / Banks / Key stake holders on various RBI matters including RBI compounding matters.
5. Experience in Funding raising and M&A related secretarial matters.
6. Experience in Secretarial & FEMA due diligence.
7. Proficiency in stamp duty & sub-registrar matters.
8. Leadership and management skills to manage the team.
9. Willingness to take Certificate of Practice (COP).
10. Added advantage if the candidate has experience in
• IBC matters - Insolvency & Bankruptcy.
• Managed & Represented before NCLT for various matters.

1. Qualified Company Secretary.
2. Should have experience in a company law, LLP matters.
3. Good drafting and communication skills in English.
