Job Details

Job Description
    1. M & A experience, had either lead and/or major contributor in due diligence process. Drafting experience related to abovementioned requirements. Hands on experience of field visits and authorities interactions.
    2. Conduct legal research and provide support on matters related to Energy Law, including regulatory frameworks, power purchase agreements, renewable energy policies, and compliance with energy sector laws and guidelines.
    3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, including joint venture agreements, shareholder’s agreements, share subscription agreements (SSA), and others.
    4. Lead and manage the implementation of the DPDP Act & Rules as they are notified, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    5. Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and other regulatory matters relevant to the firm’s clients.
    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address corporate legal issues and ensure legal and contractual compliance.
    7. Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law developments, particularly those related to data protection and digital privacy.
    8. Support business transactions and corporate structuring by preparing and vetting legal documentation.
    9. Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored legal solutions.

    Experience - 5+ Years
    CTC - Upto 12 LPA based on the interview and experience
    Location - Saket
    Working days and time - 10am to 7pm - Monday to Friday (WFO) and Alternate Saturdays (WFH)

Desired Candidate Requirement

    1) LL.B. from a recognized university, with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
    2) Additional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) will be an advantage.
    3) Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts.
    4) Knowledge and experience in implementing or advising on data protection laws, specifically the DPDP Act & Rules.
    5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    6) Provide legal analysis and support on energy-related laws and regulations.
    7) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
