Job Description
• Review and negotiation of contracts such as Master Services Agreements
• Outsourcing BPO Agreements, Software Licenses, Subcontracting Agreements , Data Protection Agreements & Real Estate Agreements
• Direct negotiation with the clients and their attorneys
• Close interaction with the various departments of the company including the business finance and delivery teams
• Preparing responses on the contract terms for Request for Proposals including those related to public sector and identifying and articulating the legal and business risks
• Review and management of Inter Company agreements between various group companies
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies while supporting business
• Provide support to legal team members from other jurisdictions where required
• Participation in trainings, development related activities and other initiatives
• Provide support and advice on Intellectual Property Information Technology and Data Privacy
• Assist and advice in litigation and dispute management
• Assessing and understanding the impact of new regulations on India Operations
Job Locations - Bengaluru
Working days - Monday to Friday
Mode of working - Hybrid (3 days work from office and 2 days work from home)
CTC - 7 lacs to 12 lacs depending on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview. It can be higher or lower depending on the candidate
Desired Candidate Requirement
Desired Qualifiacton - LLB or equivalent work experience
Years of experience - 5-7 years
Candidate should possess below skills -
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
• Good negotiation skills
• Sound ethics.
