Job Description
1.Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct reference checks and participate in the selection process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and
resolution.
• Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management.
3. HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
4. Payroll:
• Making attendance register of all employees
• Calculation of Payroll at the end of every month
• Coordination with the accounts team to do payroll of all the employees on time
• Arrangement of Salary slips of all the employees
• Taking investment proof at the end of each year of all the employees
5. Labour Law Compliances:
• Ensure timely compliances of all labour law compliances like PF, PT, ESIC etc.
• Filling returns of all the labour law compliances on time.
• Ensure all compliances as per Shop & Establishment Act
• Meeting with all authorities in case of any notices and compliances
6. Performance Management:
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant
programs.
7. Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Answer employee inquiries related to benefits and ensure compliance.
8. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Organize and conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics.
9. Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
CTC: 7 - 9.6 lacs depending on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview. It can be higher or lower depending on the candidate.
Desired Candidate Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Should have experience in payroll, a strong understanding of HR policies, performance management, and recruitment.
• Should be able to manage overall HR function.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
