Job Description
1. HR Strategy: Develop and implement the firms HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission, values, and business goals.
2. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including defining job roles, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires especially interns.
3. Performance Management: Establish and manage performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans for employees.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design development programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
6. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving employee issues, addressing grievances, and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
7. Policy Development: Create, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Handle legal matters related to HR as necessary.
9. HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and present reports to senior management.
10. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
11. Leadership: Identify potential future leaders within the firm and develop plans to nurture their growth.
12. Budget Management: Manage the HR departments budget, optimizing resources to meet organizational goals.
13. Handling linkedin and digital media handles.
CTC - Upto 10 LPA depending on the interview and experience
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday - 10 - 6:30 &
Alternate Saturdays are work from home.
Location - Fort, Mumbai
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualified Graduate or MBA with 5+ years of experience in core HR functions.
2. Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement, payroll, Generalist activities.
3. Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and organizational development.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic, people-centric approach.
5. Skilled in using HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
6. Capable of managing budgets and optimizing HR resources effectively.
