Job Description
Senior Accounts Manager (Experience 8-10 years)
• Recording and categorizing expenses, and preparing financial reports.
• Analysing financial data so they can recommend ways to help the organization run proficiently
• Conducting a risk analysis evaluation.
• Taking care of tax returns and making sure they’re paid in time.
• Examining the accuracy of financial documents and where they stand with laws and regulations.
• Offering advice to organizations on how to reduce cost, improve their revenue, and boost profit.
• Finding and addressing any discrepancy in accounting.
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Working with external auditors.
• Recording payments and disbursements.
• Preparation of Budgets and Final Accounts.
• Timely filing of GST returns as per the rules and regulations of the Government of India.
• Coordination with Management for scheduling meetings, recording minutes.
• Preparation and presentation of Annual Report.
Junior Accounts Manager (Experience 3-4 years)
• Bank Reconciliation
• Daily transaction Entries
• Invoicing
• Voucher Reconciliation
• Payment Records
• Payment Processing
• Issue of Receipts
• Assisting Accounts Manager in routine works
• Any other works assigned.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Graduate / Post Graduate in the field of accounts / M.com / CWA /
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in handling accounting work independently in mid size to large size firms / organizations.
3. should have Proficiency in MS Office, Communication Skills, Tally.
4. Excellent communication (written & Oral) in English, Hindi & Marathi.
