Job Description
Junior Administration Minimum Experience (8-10 year)
• Schedules meetings, maintaining a record of meetings.
• Liasoning Works.
• Correspondence with Stake Holders.
• Oversee Hostel activities (Department wise).
• Responsible for hostel operations.
• Vendor Management
• Student activities.
• Event Coordinator
• Any other work as assigned by the management
Senior Administration Minimum Experience (3-4 year)
• Clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually.
• Coordination and implementation of office procedures and responsibility for specific projects and
tasks, Purchase of petty items and inventory for maintenance, sports etc.
• Interacting and coordinating with various internal departments, Students.
• Making the work/purchase orders.
• Type reports, maintain office records and invoicing, Responsible for scheduling meetings.
• Processing of bills, purchase/work orders.
• Maintaining the database of donor/members.
• Assisting in student servicing.
• Managing the inward & outward for the dispatch.
• Assists administrators and executives with duties on an as-needed basis.
• File Management
• Copy, digitize and file office documents.
• Correspondence with Stake Holders.
• Any other works assigned.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualification: Minimum Graduate.
2. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in handling administrative work in the any organization.
3. Excellent communication (written & Oral) in English, Hindi & Marathi.
4. Ms- Office and other software if any.
5. Knowledge of Information & Technology will be an added advantage
