CA Fresher Opening - Global assignment and Travel

Job Details

1. Responsible to assist in end-to-end implementation cycle of Oracle Applications according to the business requirements.
2. Responsible to identify functional gaps, document the same and provide corrective actions.
3. Work in collaboration with technical team, project management team and customer side team.
4. Collect and analyse business requirements. Go through their as-is process and try to map it with system.
5. Lead client throughout the implementation and support phases.
6. Responsible to ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
7. Responsible to work closely with Finance Team of existing organization and work on application with project team to provide solution with regard to Finance and will prepare Budgets, Forecast, Plan, Consolidated Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Management / Statutory / MIS Reports, etc.
8.Should be able to understand and learn modules like Oracle Finance, General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset management, Tax Management, Risk Management, EPM Planning, Consolidation, Reconciliation, ERP, Reporting tools, etc.

Job Location: Gujarat (Work From Office)
• Joining will be at Gujarat office (for around 1 year)
• After all required trainings and evaluation can opt to move to Pune office

Desired Candidate Requirement

• Qualified required - CA Fresher (0-3 years)
• Excellent hands-on knowledge / experience using Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Must be conversant with preparing & presenting presentations to stake holders.
• Good English Communication and Articulation skills.
• Knowledge or experience in working on any ERP.

Pre-requisites:
• Service Assurance of 2.3 years. (non-negotiable)
• Must be comfortable to work in different time-zones as per business needs.
