Job Details

1. Review internal controls, policies, and procedures for effectiveness and planning.
2. Develop and execute risk-based audit plan.
3. Develop and implement internal audit programs and processes.
4. Organize and oversee day-to-day internal audit activities.
5. Develop appropriate time schedules to ensure complete coverage of assigned areas.
6. Review and analyse changes in regulations and ensure their compliance.
7. Engage with the clients and team on ongoing basis.
8. Provide timely and accurate feedback on client issues and requests.
9. Compile monthly audit report within the given deadlines.
10. Maintain the requisite audit documentation.
11. Undertake regular follow-up on pending issues / findings and ensure timely closure of the same.

Candidate should be a CA with 5 years experience, mainly into Internal Audit

1. Should have hands-on experience in Internal Audits of manufacturing companies.
2. Sound working experience in SAP is a pre-requisite.
3. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
4. Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Should keep oneself updated of the latest developments and trends in the profession.
6. Should be able to draft the audit reports independently.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
8. Understanding of Internal Audit Accounting Standards in Indian context.
9. Should be handled to manage the assignment independently.
10. Should be able to lead and manage the team.
11. Deadline Oriented with efficiency and speed.
12. Managing expectations of the stakeholders through regular communications.
13. Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Attitude.
