Job Description
1. Plan, execute, and monitor internal audit assignments in the NBFC sector / Capital Market.
2. Liaise with clients to understand business operations and ensure smooth audit delivery.
3. Identify and evaluate key risk areas and provide recommendations for process improvements.
4. Ensure compliance with Scale-Based Regulation and other applicable NBFC / Capital Market guidelines.
5. Review team members’ work, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to audit methodology.
6. Prepare and present audit findings, reports, and documentation in line with firm and regulatory standards.
7. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and development within the audit team.
8. Manage a team on 3-5 members
Experience range - 1-4 Years
CTC - 18-20 LPA (Based on the interview and experience)
Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai
Working days and time - 10am - 7pm - Monday to Friday
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Strong understanding of NBFC industry or Capital Markets - regulations and operations.
2. Practical knowledge of Scale Based Regulation.
3. Proficiency in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
