Job Description
1. Post job openings on behalf of clients on the Legafin portal.
2. Send mass mails to potential candidates based on job openings.
3. Assist in resume screening and interview scheduling of candidates.
4. Sourcing candidates from various sources and helping them register on the website.
5. Undertaking marketing campaigns to increase the applications on Legafin platform by social media marketing.
6. Handling all client queries, helping them at any stage of hiring and managing the client such that they are happy with the portal services.
7. Assist various clients with interview scheduling such that interviews are lined up.
8. Responding to clients whenever required.
Desired Candidate Requirement
• This role is ideal for HR professionals with prior relevant experience of 1 to 5 years in legal and/or finance recruitments
• Freshers with experience during college fest/ events/ committees can also apply
• Candidate should be passionate, willing to learn continuously, good with excel and possess good communication skills
