Non Litigation/Advisory (5-7 years)
1.Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed, Agreement for Sale, Development Agreement, Consent Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement
2.Drafting commercial contracts viz, MOUs, Term Sheets, construction contracts, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, franchise agreements, power purchase agreements, Employment Contracts, Distributorship Agreements, HR policies, Codes of conduct, etc.
3.Providing corporate commercial legal advice with a primary focus on negotiating and structuring commercial transactions; Drafting and Reviewing contracts and other commercial agreements. Board Resolution, Share Purchase Agreement, subscription agreement, Trademark license agreement, etc.
4.Ensuring communication & correspondence with clients for Finalizing terms & conditions of Agreements / Contracts and to ensure that the same are finalized within negotiated & agreed-upon parameters.
5. Candidate should have robust experience in all types of real estate related advice and transaction, including (but not limited to) the following:
I. Conduct of Property searches/ due diligence and title related
requisitions Issuance of title certificate
II. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Deed of Conveyance/
Agreement for Sale/ Lease Deed/ Leave License Agreement, etc.
III. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Joint Development
Agreements/ Co-Development Agreements/ Project Management
Agreement, etc.
IV. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of
land/property/project financing documents
V. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of ancillary
documentation such as Power of Attorney/ Deed of Declaration/
Deed of Indemnity/ etc.
6 Advice on all types of projects, including redevelopment, slum
rehabilitation, affordable housing


Location - Mumbai
Salary- As per Industry Standards

Years of Experience - 5-7 years

Desired Qualification - LLB

•Minimum of 4 -7 years Law Firm Experience Only
•Must have Experience in Handling a Team of 5-7 Legal Advocates including Litigation.
•Excellent drafting and communication skills
•Must have knowledge over all the aspects of Legal Affairs
•Excellent English communications and Superior drafting skills
•Work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
•Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
•Highly ethical, fair, proactive, self-motivated, positive and solution-oriented person.
•Should have excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management with other Law firms, counsels and lawyers
•Should have thorough understanding of various Statutes, Acts and regulatory framework both on legal and compliance related matters
