Job Description
1. Drafting (agreements, legal notices, pleadings, other legal documents)
2. Screening documents to determine legal significance
3. Conduction legal research
4. Filing documents in court and registration offices
5. Brief preparation, attending hearing independently and briefing counsels
6. Conduct title search and examination of property records, deeds and related documents
CTC - Depending on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview, the CTC would be negotiable.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualification Required: BA.LLB
2. Prior experience in working as litigation lawyer in law firm/ under senior advocate practicing in Real Estate and/ or succession matters
3. Knowledge of court procedures
4. Knowledge of property and succession laws
5. Flexible work ethics with “client first” culture
6. Comprehension, communication and analytical skills
7. Problem solving ability and presence of mind
8. Ability to work as a team
