Job Details

1. Document Collection: Assist in the identification, collection, and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) and physical documents relevant to litigation matters.
2. Document Review and Analysis: Conduct document review and analysis using eDiscovery platforms to identify responsive documents, privileged materials, and key evidence for litigation strategy development.
3. Data Processing and Management: Manage the processing, indexing, and organization of large volumes of electronic data and documents, including data deduplication and file format conversion.
4. Quality Control and Assurance: Perform quality control checks on reviewed documents to ensure accuracy and consistency in coding and tagging, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
5. Document Production and Disclosure: Assist in the preparation and production of documents for discovery requests, including drafting privilege logs and redacting sensitive information.
6. Technology Utilization and Innovation: Stay current with eDiscovery technologies and contribute to the implementation of process improvements and workflow enhancements.

Location - Mumbai
Salary - As per Industry Standards

1. Should have 3 years of experience in discovery and litigation support.
2. Qualification required- LLB.
3. Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity)
4. Strong understanding of litigation processes and discovery procedures
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
