Job Description
1. Consideration of alternative generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP) –Ind AS, IGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP etc.
2. Drafting potentially complex financial statements and appropriate disclosures
3. Documenting, validating, testing and assessing all areas of the financial statements, including client control systems
4. Starting to perform a detailed review of staffs work.
5. Supporting the Manager, Senior Manager, Principal, Partner in audit scheduling & Planning and for various initiatives
6. Resource planning
7. Execution of assignment as per the audit plan/programme
8. Reporting/Escalating major issues/developments to higher levels
9. Preparation & maintenance of various office records
10. Compliance with Audit Manual
11. Assessment of Quality of work performed by subordinates, Monitoring Team’s Performance and Ensuring timely completion of audit assignments
12. Office administration: Client follow-up, Billing, Costing, Preparing, reviewing & submission of office control sheets, Updating office records/procedures
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. 3-7 years of experience in audit firm
2. Qualified CA with good academic record
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Client-facing experience is preferred
5. Should be willing to travel
6. High level of organizing, documenting, record keeping and publishing skills Inquisitive approach towards all assignments
