CA Ranker required as a Sr Analyst at a Leading MNC Bank

Job Responsibilities -
1. Play a key role in ensuring credit reserves are adequately, accurately and timely booked
2. Responsible for Credit metrics reporting & regulatory reporting
3. Prepare monthly internal provision and reserve reporting and MIS in support of RIB Finance and communicating to business partners
4. Capable of extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders as part of CECL governance framework
5. Lead ad-hoc projects to perform deep dives and improve control environment and process improvement
6. Support internal and external audit reviews and controls including SOX Management

Desired Skills -
1. Experience with credit reserves and portfolio analysis, financial modeling and accounting
2. Experience with financial reporting requirements and processes
3. Experience in areas like project management, process governance & control & compliance is required
4. Strong knowledge of Amex systems (Triumph, Globestar, Oracle), strong MS Excel capability (advanced Excel formulas)
5. Experience in control activities under SOX 404
6. Strong process orientation and analytical problem-solving skills, demonstrated process improvement
7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong collaboration and relationship skills
8. Results driven, self-starter, able to lead and influence without direct authority
Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively manage in a matrix organization.

Qualification:
Experience - 0-2 years
CTC - 20-25 LPA (Based on the interview and experience)
Locations - Gurgaon (NCR)

Desired Candidate Requirement

1. Excellent academics preferably a CA rank holder
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Prior experience in a Big 4 or MNC during Articleship/ Industrial Trainee or post qualification
4. Strong Data Analytical Skills
