Job Description
1.Research and investigate potential public interest litigation cases
2.Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve desired outcomes
3.Draft and file pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
4.Argue cases before courts and tribunals
5.Collaborate with other lawyers, experts, and stakeholders to advance cases
6.Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments
7.Engage in public outreach and education to raise awareness about public interest issues
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Desired Qualification: LLB
2. Should have atleast 0-3 years of experience
3. Should have knowledge of Litigation, Drafting etc
