• Governance on outsourced Accounts Payable and Receivable function
• Reviewing Fixed asset accounting, maintaining FA register and exercise capex control
• Reviewing inventory accounting, supporting cost accounting and variance analysis
• Overseeing General ledger entries and ensuring accuracy
• Managing Intercompany transactions
• Working in collaboration with BPO/global Finance team for Period end closing and reporting (IFRS).
• Ensure adherence to Internal policies and control systems.
• Preparation of local statutory reporting (IGAAP) and managing statutory audits.
• Perform periodic analytical review and facilitate any other reporting requirement.
• Direct Taxes
o Tax management including related compliances and returns/filings.
o Managing of tax books and getting the same audited.
o Perform International Transfer Pricing compliances.
o Supporting tax assessments in coordination with consultants and authorities.
• Indirect Tax
o Indirect tax management including master data, compliances, returns and managing audits.
o Implementing tax optimization, managing refunds, evaluation of tax benefit schemes.
o Ensure compliances related to EOU/DGFT/Foreign trade policy.

1. Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ Qualified CA
2. 5-6 years’ post-qualification experience of accounting and taxation in a manufacturing organization
3. Thorough knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws, regulation and
compliances.
4. Demonstrated understanding of the financials and accounting principles and processes (IFRS and iGAAP).
5. Functional: IFRS, I-GAAP, Corporate Income Tax, GST, Customs, DGFT/FTP regulations
6 Technical: MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, ERP, handling large databases, manufacturing accounting
