Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
Junior Associate: (2-4 Years)
• Scrutiny and investigation of title
• Prepare requisitions, memos, reports and opinions related to title.
• Drafting Sale Deeds, Affidavits, GPAs and related documents
• Research relating to real estate law
• Assist with such matters relating to office management and knowledge management as maybe assigned from time to time.
Senior Associate: (4-6 Years)
• Scrutiny and investigation of title
• Prepare requisitions, memos, reports and opinions related to title.
• Drafting Sale Deeds, Affidavits, GPAs and related documents
• Research relating to real estate law
• Assist with such matters relating to office management and knowledge management as maybe assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Requirement
• Candidate must be fully proficient in Kannada including the ability to read Kannada documents and also be proficient in English.
• Should have excellent drafting skills.
• Should have Prior real estate experience in a law firm, bank or company would be preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Word and other office software would also be required.
• Candidate should be an associate with real estate practice.
• Candidates applying for the role of Junior Associate should have work experience of 2-4 years and salary offered will be up to 4LPA.
• Candidates applying for the role of Senior Associate should have work experience of 4-6 years and salary offered will be up to 8LPA.
