Job Details

Job Description
    1. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across audit, tax, advisory, and consulting domains.
    2. Work closely with internal teams and partners to design tailored solutions that address client needs.
    3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, promoters, business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
    4. Drive brand awareness through networking, events, webinars, digital outreach, and strategic alliances.
    5. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    6. Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine outreach and positioning strategies.
    7. Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to execute go-to-market initiatives.
    8. Maintain and update business development pipelines and reports.

    Working days - Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays

    Location - Andheri

    Experience - 5-8 years

    CTC - Upto 15 lpa based on the experience and interview

Desired Candidate Requirement

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    2. 5+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in professional services or B2B segments.
    3. Knowledge of financial services, compliance, audit, or consulting industry is a plus.
    4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    5. Strategic thinker with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
