Job Description
    1. Conversion:
    - Convert inbound leads by understanding their needs and providing information on the companys services.
    2. Sales Development:
    - Present the company’s value proposition clearly, highlighting the benefits of the subscription model, such as sustainable play and affordable access to educational toys.
    - Handle objections and educate prospects on how the company can enhance their childrens play experience.
    - Conduct product demos or walkthroughs to demonstrate the apps features.
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
    - Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    - Follow up on leads to keep them engaged and maintain a high level of customer service.
    - Upsell or cross-sell additional services, such as premium plans or specialized toy collections.
    4. Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
    - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    - Report weekly on sales metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
    - Provide feedback on the quality of leads and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
    5. Collaboration:
    - Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
    - Collaborate with customer support to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
    - Participate in team meetings to share best practices and improve sales processes.

    CTC - Fixed - 3-5 LPA (No bar for rockstar candidates)

    Experience - 0-1 year

    Days - 6 days working (Sunday working, Monday is off)

    Working Hours - 10.30 AM to 7.30PM

    Mode of Work - Work From office

    Work Location - Malad

Desired Candidate Requirement

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
    4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    5. Passion for sustainability, child development, or educational products is a plus.
