Job Description
    1. Core FP&A experience:
    2. Experience in designing/managing budgeting process incl. Zero based budgeting solution and developing bottoms-up budgets/planning for a BU/Division.
    3. Expertise in costing and profitability modelling, including ABC (Activity-Based Costing), LCC (Life Cycle Costing), and target costing
    Hands on experience in compilation of monthly financials (P&L, B/S, C/F), analyse trends in P&L items to identify issues and risks or opportunities for financial plan/forecast.
    4. Hand-on experience in independently managing forecasting process using methods like Rolling forecast.
    5. Expertise in financial analysis for various what if- scenarios and sensitivity analysis and the overall impact to the business units or divisions.
    6. Hands-on experience in managing processes like allocations, monthly or quarterly finance performance reviews, facilitate planning and forecasting processes and helps in developing KPIs to monitor the performance against strategic objectives.
    7. Prior experience with drafting process documents or SOPs for FP&A function.
    8. Transformation & Strategy:
    9. Ability to understand process gaps in areas like Budgeting, forecasting or actual reporting and suggest on the improvement opportunities.
    10. Conduct current and future state process mapping and help identify improvement opportunities.
    11. Conduct current state assessment and Fit-gap analysis for business processes and systems.
    12. Assist in managing large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives involving operating model redesign, process optimization, and technology-enabled transformations.
    13. Assist in developing a comprehensive and strategic plan for FP&A transformation, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals

Desired Candidate Requirement
    1. Bachelors or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    2. Candidates with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A.
