Job Description
• Month close with deep dive analysis of variances between Actuals and forecast.
• Analyses of Account P&Ls- variances v/s budget v/s forecast
• Responsible for project controlling for large size projects within the unit
• Handle effectively Revenue and Billing operation
• Monthly Delivery review with Major Accounts
• Contribution Margin analysis Deep Dive
• Close coordination with General Ledger team to ensure alignment on Balance sheet schedules
• Credit report analysis for new logos
• Control over WIP/BIA position and billing to client
• Follow-up for cash. DOR optimization
• Ensure compliance with Group Financial standards and IFRS
Job Locations - Mumbai
Working days - Monday to Friday
Mode of working - Hybrid (3 days work from office and 2 days work from home)
CTC - 7 lacs to 12 lacs depending on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview. It can be higher or lower depending on the candidate.
Desired Candidate Requirement
Desired Qualification - MBA Finance, CA, inter CAs, CMA, ICWA, M.com, B.Com with relevant work experience
Years of experience - 2-7 years
Candidate should possess below skills -
• Strong communication and presentation skills as this role requires connecting with multiple external and internal stakeholders
• Experience of working as a controller / FP&A / Ops
• Finance/ Business Finance
• Team management
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Must have a good understanding of accounting concepts and
financial controlling
• Experience of working with external stakeholders
