Job Details

1) Core team member in statutory audits/tax audit/other management support work for companies. He/She will be responsible for basic fieldwork, project management, handling queries of clients, reporting to manager and partner for issues on time.

2) He/she should ensure proper documentation of work done and encourage the juniors In the team to do so. Should review the work of juniors on a timely basis and provide them feedback for improvement points.

3) Clients are all corporate clients majorly private limited companies across diversified sectors. The candidate would get good exposure to Accounting Standards. In the case of few subsidiaries of public companies, candidates will also get exposure to Ind AS.

4) The candidate will be directly reporting to the Partner of the firm.

A) CA with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience or semi-qualified with relevant experience. (drop out).

b) Should be from mid-size CA firm with good experience in auditing corporates during 3rd year of internship.

c) There should not be a large gap between articleship or last working experience and the current date (max six months)

d) Willing to stay for 2 years at least and interested to be in practice for long term

e) Should be well versed with technical aspects of audits. (Accounting standards, CARO, companies act)

f) Should understand the importance of documentation and ensure that the same is done on time.

g) Ability to work in a team and bring out the best after understanding the strengths of each team member
