Job Description
1. Assist in researching and analyzing international tax laws, treaties, and regulations to support tax planning and compliance activities.
2. Aid in the preparation of international tax filings, including transfer pricing documentation, country-by-country reports, and other compliance requirements.
3. Collaborate with the tax team to gather and analyze financial data for tax calculations and reporting.
4. Support senior team members in conducting tax research, preparing memos, and providing insights on international tax issues.
5. Assist in maintaining documentation and records in compliance with global tax laws and company policies.
6. Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to international tax projects and initiatives.
7. Stay updated with changes in international tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations as necessary.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
2. Strong academic background in Taxation, Finance, or related field.
3. Basic understanding of tax laws and principles, preferably including exposure to international taxation during academic studies or internships.
4. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
7. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of international taxation.
