1. Collateral Preparation and Pitching.
2. Deal Execution.
3. Industry and Company Research.
4. Business Development.
5. Assisting the team in pitching, ideation deal execution.
6. Independently managing deal execution for debt transactions and assist senior bankers for equity transaction execution.
7. Adherence to defined timelines for delivery.
