Job Details

Transaction Support
a) Assist in the execution of IPOs and capital markets transactions, including drafting of DRHP, preparing financial models, and conducting due diligence.
b) Support the coordination of various aspects of the transaction process, liaising with merchant bankers, internal teams, lawyers, external advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
c) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stock exchange guidelines throughout the transaction process.
d) Market Research and Analysis:
e) Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support transaction decision-making and client recommendations.
f) Monitor capital markets activities, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and investor sentiment, to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
g) Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and insights for internal and external stakeholders
h) Client Relationship Management:
i) Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and assistance throughout the transaction process.
j) Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
k) Assist in the preparation of client presentations and communications, highlighting key transaction updates and milestones.

Desired Candidate Requirement

Qualifications
a) CA
b) 2-3 years of experience in IPOs, capital markets, or services roles.
c) Sound understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and financial analysis concepts.
d) Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
e) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
