Conducting legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice
to clients in Civil and Criminal case.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts,
and agreements.
Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients and participating in
alternative dispute resolution methods.
Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights
and interests are protected.
Desired Candidate Requirement
A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the legal
field.
Qualified to practice law in Karnataka
Proficiency in both Kannada and English, with written and verbal
communication skills in both languages.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ethical and professional conduct in all aspects of legal practice.
Adherence to strict confidentiality and client-attorney privilege.
