Job Description
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity financings, and other investment banking transactions.
2. Perform in-depth financial analysis of target companies, including revenue and cost drivers, profitability, and liquidity.
3. Conduct due diligence on financial statements, accounting policies, and business operations.
4. Prepare detailed presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in various systems.
6. Stay informed on current market trends and industry developments relevant to the investment banking sector.
7. Work collaboratively with senior team members to ensure the successful execution of transactions.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualified CA with 0-3 years of experience.
2. Should have relevant experience in Investment banking, Financial analysis.
