Job Description
1. Month end closure as per the finance calendar of multiple legal entities, in compliance with the Ind AS.
2. Preparation of financial statements including consolidated financial statements according to Ind-AS.
3. Preparation of schedules as per the auditors requirement.
4. Closing yearly and quarterly financials/reports and managing the audit with a Big 4 auditor.
5. Liaising with teams and auditors on a regular basis and ensuring timely completion of audit.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in maintaining accounts under Ind AS and Companies Act, 2013.
2. Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint Skills and SAP experience.
3. Experience in Managing Big 4 audit firms.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability in delivering to agreed engagement plan.
