Job Description
1. Audit Support: Assist in conducting statutory/internal audits and reviews for a diverse range of clients.
2. Data Analysis: Perform analytical procedures to identify discrepancies and irregularities in financial statements.
3. Documentation: Maintain organized and comprehensive audit files, workpapers, and documentation.
4. Compliance: Ensure that audit procedures adhere to relevant accounting and auditing standards.
5. Communication: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior auditors to ensure the timely completion of audit assignments.
7. Research: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
The candidate will get to work on audit clientele comprising of both public and private companies from Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, BFSI, Service, Education, Hospitality, Information Technology, Educational sectors, etc.
Experience - 1-8 Years
CTC - 9-25 LPA based on the interview and experience
Location - Mumbai and Bangalore
Office days and Timings -
Mumbai - 10:30 am to 7 pm - Mon to Sat, 2nd and 4th Sat off
Bangalore - 10:30 am to 7 pm - Mon to Sat
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
2. Candidates who specialize in either one or have experience in both Internal and Statutory Audit or a mix of Audit and tax.
3. Candidates have the flexibility to choose from Internal Audit or Statutory Audit or both based on their interest.
4. Candidates from CA firms will be preferred unless someone from industry is keen to leave industry and do his practice in the long-term.
