Job Description
    -Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, draft legal memoranda, and provide timely and accurate legal opinions to clients, with a focus on Indian law.

    -Client Representation: Represent clients in Indian courts, negotiations, and during legal proceedings. Prepare and file legal documents, attend hearings, and advocate effectively on behalf of clients within the Indian legal framework.

    -Document Review: Review and analyze Indian legal documents, contracts, and agreements to identify issues, risks, and compliance requirements.

    -Case Management: Manage a portfolio of cases within India, ensuring compliance with deadlines and maintaining transparent communication with clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies.

    -Drafting: Prepare Indian legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal instruments. Ensure accuracy and adherence to Indian legal standards.

    -Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on case developments, particularly in the context of Indian law.

    -Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in Indian laws and regulations, ensuring that legal advice and strategies align with the latest Indian legal standards.

    -Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues within the firm, including partners, junior associates, and paralegals, to deliver comprehensive legal solutions in the Indian context.

Desired Candidate Requirement
    -Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized Indian law school.
    Active membership in the Indian Bar Council.

    -Minimum 5 years of legal practice experience, preferably in [Area of Law], within India.
    Proficiency in Indian legal research and analytical skills.

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any additional regional languages.

    -Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases under Indian law.
    Attention to detail and adherence to high ethical standards.

    -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
