Job Description
1. Provide transaction structuring advice for acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, carve-outs, and reorganizations.
2. Perform tax modeling and benefit analysis to assess the impact of transactions.
3. Conduct tax due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side) across sectors, identifying risks and opportunities.
4. Assist in post-acquisition integration, optimization, and remediation projects.
5. Prepare high-quality tax reports, memoranda, and client presentations with strong attention to detail.
6. Support clients with cross-border and domestic tax planning strategies.
7. Collaborate with advisory, legal, and audit teams to deliver end-to-end transaction solutions.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery.
Experience - 0-2 years
CTC - 8.5-10 LPA (based on the experience and interview)
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday - 10 - 6:30 &
Alternate Saturdays are work from home.
Location - Fort, Mumbai
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualified CA with relevant experience in transaction tax, M&A, or tax advisory.
2. 0-2 years of applicable work experience in taxation, advisory, due diligence, or structuring assignments.
3. Strong knowledge of direct tax laws, FEMA, corporate law, and international tax principles.
4. Proven experience in financial/tax due diligence and deal structuring.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
6. Strong communication and report writing skills (oral and written).
7. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
