Job Description
    • Billing and e-invoicing: Prepare invoices, ensure timely billing, resolve any discrepancies relating
    to billing and GST e-invoicing.
    • Sending accurate data to consultant for monthly and annual GST returns.
    • Co-ordination with Auditor and consultant for day-to-day queries related to billing, GST, and TDS
    receivable.
    • Co-ordination with bank for receipt related queries.
    • Tally entries related to receivables.
    • Manage MIS related to billing and outstanding.
    • Prepare and maintain pipelines in co-ordination with all partners.
    • Ensure timely recoveries.

    CTC: 7-9 lacs depending on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview. It can be higher or lower depending on the candidate.

    Location: Mumbai.

Desired Candidate Requirement

    Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Accounting or related fields.

    Years of Experience: 5 - 7 Years.

    • Strong knowledge of billing, e-invoicing, GST, and TDS
    • Experience with Tally or similar accounting software
    • Proficiency in managing MIS reports
    • Coordination skills with auditors, consultants, and banks
    • Communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
