Job Details
Job Description
1. Conduct research and analysis on international tax laws, domestic tax laws, regulations, treaties, and rulings to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
2. Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies for multinational corporations to optimize their global tax position while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients in managing international tax implications related to mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other business transactions.
4. Prepare and review tax calculations, reports, and documentation for international tax filings, including Transfer Pricing documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting.
5. Provide support in resolving international tax disputes and audits by tax authorities, working closely with legal counsel when necessary.
6. Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations, and communicate potential impacts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualification: CA/LLB
2. Should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Direct tax practice, mainly in handling International, litigation matters.
