Job Description
    - Assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, strategic partners, and investment opportunities in the industry segment.
    - Conduct research and analysis to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance of target companies.
    - Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models to support decision-making and communication with senior management.
    - Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing financial, operational, legal, and regulatory information related to potential transactions.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and opportunities associated with target companies and develop mitigation strategies.
    - Program manage the activities up to closure of the transaction.
    - Assist in conducting valuation analyses using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions analysis.
    - Prepare financial models to assess the financial impact of potential M&A transactions, including revenue synergies, cost savings, and accretion/dilution analysis.
    - Support transaction execution activities, including drafting transaction documents, coordinating with external advisors, and managing the due diligence and closing process.
    - Assist in negotiating deal terms, conducting negotiations with counterparties, and resolving issues that arise during the deal process.
    - Participate in integration planning efforts for acquired companies, working with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans, synergy capture initiatives, and post-merger integration strategies.
    - Support communication and collaboration with acquired company management teams to facilitate a smooth transition and integration process.
    - Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders on M&A activities and progress.
    - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the M&A process.

Desired Candidate Requirement
    - Bachelors Degree, in a related field include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Agricultural Sciences.
    - Masters Degree, such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration) or a masters in finance/CA.
    - Candidates should possess industry experience in Consulting, PE Funds, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, Healthcare/Sciences and Chemical.
    - Strong analytical abilities to gather, interpret, and analyze financial and operational data, as well as to evaluate potential M&A opportunities and risks.
    - Understanding of financial concepts and principles, including financial modelling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
    - Familiarity with the agrochemical industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging trends, to inform M&A analyses and strategies.
