Job Description
• Incorporation of Company, LLP & Partnership Firms.
• Preparation of Notices, Agenda, Minutes and Statutory Registers.
• Compliances related to increase in Authorized Share Capital & Paidup
Capital of the Company, change in MOA, AOA, Appointment and Resignation of Directors, about Buy Back of Shares, Rights Issue, Private Placement, Conversion of Loan into Equity.
• Partners & Auditor of the Company.
• Annual Filing forms for Companies and LLPs.
• Filing of Forms on the MCA Portal – DIR3KYC, DPT3, FC2, FC3, CHG-1, CHG-4, MGT 14 and such other forms which are needed to be submitted for successful compliance.
• Should we well verse with drafting letters, Affidavits, Contracts with an understating of Contract Act, Partnership Act Companies Act, LLP Act.
CTC - 3-7 LPA
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday - 10-6:30 &
Alternate sat are work from home.
Location - Fort, Mumbai
Desired Candidate Requirement
• Completed or pursuing Company Secretary and LLB.
• Having 1 - 2 year of relevant work experience.
• Have knowledge of Companies act and LLP act and FEMA to some extent.
• Effective communication (written as well as verbal) and presentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
• Must be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously.
