Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part of the Company Secretary and legal Team (3 listed companies & other private companies in group). This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain practical exposure in the field of corporate governance and company secretarial work. The candidate will also be appointed as a Company Secretary of one of the Group entities.
Desired Candidate Requirement
1.Qualified Company Secretary Being a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
2.Willingness to be appointed as a Company Secretary and compliance officer of the listed entity.
3.Basic knowledge of corporate governance principles and statutory requirements.
4.Familiarity with the Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
5.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
6.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7.Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
10.Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
