Job Description
Senior Associate
•Represent clients in commercial litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
•Draft and review arbitration agreements, statements of claim, and other related documents.
•Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
•Prepare and present cases before arbitration panels
•Provide strategic advice to clients on arbitration-related matters
Job Location - Mumbai (Nariman Point)
CTC - Will depend on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview. It can be higher or lower depending on the candidate
Desired Candidate Requirement
Desired Qualification: LLB from a premier law school in India or abroad
Years of experience - 4- 7 years
Candidate should possess below skills-
•Experience of working in Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous bodies.
•Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in the law and be the go-to subject matter expert.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
•Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of attention to detail.
