Job Details

1. Preparation of Financial Statements:
• Application of the relevant IFRS standards in maintenance of the books of accounts.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies during the financial statement preparation process.
2. IFRS Audit Support:
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Prepare documentation and support audit processes, addressing queries and implementing audit recommendations.
3. Accounting and Finance:
• Management of day-to-day affairs based on the relevant acts and rules.
• Revenue Recognition as per IFRS Standard.
• Ensure timely closure of the books of accounts for MIS reporting.
•Timely reporting of all the relevant information for the various management reports.
4. Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Be a part of budget preparation and conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between planned and actual financial results.
5. Statutory Compliance:
• Stay updated on changes in taxation laws and other regulatory requirements in respective country of operations.
• Oversee and manage the company’s compliance with the respective statutory regulations, including filing of returns and maintaining necessary documentation.
6. ERP implementation:
• Being a part of the ERP implementation in the organization.

Desired Candidate Requirement

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher.
2. Strong knowledge of Accounting and IFRS Knowledge.
3. Excellent understanding of Indian statutory compliance and tax regulations.
4. Advanced skills in financial statement preparation and analysis.
5. Working Knowledge in Consolidation of financial statements.
