Finance and Accounts Manager at a CA firm

Job Details

1. Financial Management & Reporting:
Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL).
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure accurate financial reporting per standards and policies.
Manage cash flow and financial planning.

2. Compliance & Auditing:
Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal controls.
Coordinate external audits and statutory requirements.
Implement changes in accounting regulations.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Collaborate across departments for efficiency.
Advise senior management on financial matters.

4. Process Improvement & Cost Control:
Optimize accounting processes and implement best practices.
Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
Leverage technology for efficient financial management.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Working days and time - Monday to Saturday

CTC - Upto 8 LPA based on the experience and interview

Desired Candidate Requirement

Education: Inter CA
Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar).
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and efficiency in financial data management.
