The unique team of founders comprises CAs and lawyers who have been working in the recruitment domain for more than 10 years as part of Vahura and Careersanta.com after gaining experience in legal, tax & finance domain for many years. The platform aims to take our passion for recruitment to the next level by catering to a larger audience of employers as well as candidates by combining technology and domain knowledge and thereby, create a larger impact for the Legafin community. It has been created keeping in mind the requirements of professional services firms (CA/ CS/ law firms) as well as corporates across all sectors.

A BRIEF HISTORY

Vahura was founded in 2011 with a bold vision to elevate the standards of professionalism within India's legal industry. A group of seasoned lawyers and skilled management experts observed the absence of a true merit-based system and a lack of professionalism in the field. It was particularly noteworthy given that India has a legal foundation, yet formalizing and professionalizing the sector had seen limited progress. Vahura came into being fuelled by strong ideals and a passionate commitment to change the status quo. For over a decade, Vahura has been a trailblazer in executive search, specialising in legal, finance, tax and compliance roles both in India and internationally. Over the years, Vahura has handled mandates from leading law firms in India and abroad, private equity and venture capital funds, the Big Four, and Fortune 500 companies and closed more than 1800+ positions.

CareerSanta.com was started in 2013 as India’s first dedicated portal cum mobile app for recruitment of commerce professionals being CA, CS, CMA, MBA, LLB, Bcom, BAF, BMS, etc. For over 6 years, CareerSanta bridged the gap between candidates and employers and managed to advertise 2000+ job openings for 150+ organisations which included several leading accounting firms, BFSI clients as well as several start-ups and consulting firms. The erstwhile platform of Careersanta had 25000+ candidates registered on its platform. Careersanta was also a pioneer in conducting more than 20 Job fairs & College Campus Placements in various leading commerce colleges in Mumbai.
