Job Description
(1) Review of basic legal documents like NDAs / Statements of Work.
(2) Review of Technology Services Agreements.
(3) Review of Software Licensing Agreements.
(4) Review of Teaming Agreements / Partner / Subcontractor agreements.
(5) Drafting support for other functions.
(6) Review / drafting support for “RFP” (Request for Proposal) submissions by Sales Team.
(7) Overseeing the maintenance of legal contract copies through internal automated system.
Note: Training will be provided.
Location: Powai or Airoli in Mumbai.
(Hybrid working model – 2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
Expected work hours – 9 hours per day ( approx. 11.30 am to 8.30 pm)
Desired Candidate Requirement
Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
1) Approximately 7 to 8 years of work experience
2) Experience in MNC / IT company preferred.
3) Ability to Review Commercial and Technology Contracts and draft appropriate clauses.
4) Ability to perform Legal Research, Draft Legal Documents.
5) Diligent and organized.
