1. Understanding and preparing Functional Analysis, Risk Analysis (F.A.R Analysis).
2. Conducting Economic Benchmarking.
3. Identification of International transactions.
4. Detailed review of books of accounts.
5. Analysis and determination of the Arm’s Length Price.
6. Preparation of 3CEB Certificate.
7. Preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation/Benchmarking Study.
8. Preparation of submissions for Transfer Pricing assessment.
9. Transfer Pricing advisory - preparation of opinions, advisory notes, etc.
10. Participation in Transfer Pricing Assessments.

1. Qualified CA is required.
2. 1-3 years of experience is required.
3. Reviewing outputs for client approval, subject to manager review.
4. Conducting important reconciliations and analyzing supporting documents, recording them in working files before the manager & review.
5. Benchmarking.
6. Finalizing keywords and planning the search process for conducting a database search.
7. Executing the search process and preparing output for client submission, subject to Manager’s review.
8. Knowledge Updating and Training:
9. Keeping abreast of industry updates and conducting regular training sessions.
10. Skills Required:
