Non Litigation/Advisory (5-7 years)
1. Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed, Agreement for Sale, Development Agreement, Consent Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement.
2. Drafting commercial contracts viz, MOUs, Term Sheets, construction contracts, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, franchise agreements, power purchase agreements, Employment
Contracts, Distributorship Agreements, HR policies, Codes of conduct, etc.
3. Providing corporate commercial legal advice with a primary focus on negotiating and structuring commercial transactions; Drafting and Reviewing contracts and other commercial
agreements. Board Resolution, Share Purchase Agreement, subscription agreement, Trademark license agreement, etc.
4. Ensuring communication & correspondence with clients for Finalizing terms & conditions of Agreements / Contracts and ensuring that the same are finalized within negotiated & agreed-upon parameters.
5. Candidate should have robust experience in all types of real estate-related advice and transaction, including (but not limited to) the following:
I. Conduct of Property searches/ due diligence and title-related requisitions Issuance of title certificate.
II. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalizing Deed of Conveyance/ Agreement for Sale/ Lease Deed/ Leave License Agreement, etc.
III. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalizing Joint Development Agreements/ Co-Development Agreements/ Project Management Agreement, etc.
IV. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalizing all types of land/property/project financing documents.
V. Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalizing all types of ancillary documentation such as Power of Attorney/ Deed of Declaration/ Deed of Indemnity/ etc.
6. Advice on all types of projects, including redevelopment, slum rehabilitation, affordable housing.
7. Attending meetings with clients and Co-ordinate and following up with Clients.

Litigation (5-7 years )
1. Drafting high quality and incisive Plaints, Written Statements, Affidavits, POAs, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions, Applications, Legal Correspondence, Legal Notices, Summary Suits, Chamber
Summons, Notice of Motion, Appeals, Civil Applications, Counter Claim, Written Statement and Consent Terms.
2. Represent the Firm before various regulatory authorities/ Courts of law for resolution of any legal issues, as required (High Court, City Civil Court, Sessions Court, Small Causes Court, Metropolitan Magistrates Court, Co-Operative Court, Consumer Court, Family Court, DRT, DRAT, RERA, NCLT, SAT & other Courts Quasi-Judicial Authority.)
3. Handling litigation matters pertaining to property/ family testamentary and intestate matters/recovery suits involving land/property related issues.
4. Follow up regarding court cases to ensure timely filing of reply therein and expeditious closure. legal research of law on various points of law in different cases.
5. Ensure that all litigation matters are duly updated in the Litigation Systems such that adequate and appropriate representation is provided for each suit.
6. Legal advice/ Opinions on property related laws pertaining to all types of land/property based on location (rural/ urban), land tenure (agricultural/ industrial/ village/ forest), and various issues such as land title, mortgages/charges, easements, testamentary/intestate succession, family matters.
7. Manage the legacy litigation work related to various issues in coordination with the external legal counsel by ensuring all records of dates / appearances are maintained.

1. Must have Experience in Handling a Team of 5-7 Legal Advocates including Litigation & Non-Litigation Both Profile.
2. Qualification required- LLB
3. Must have knowledge over all the aspects of Legal Affairs.
4. Excellent drafting and communication skills.
5. Experience in Non-Litigation of minimum of 5-7 years (Law Firm Experience Only)
6. Excellent English communications and Superior drafting skills.
7. Highly ethical, fair, proactive, self-motivated, positive and solution-oriented person.
8. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management with other Law firms, counsels and lawyers.
9. Should have thorough understanding of various Statutes, Acts and regulatory framework both on legal and compliance related matters.
10. Areas of Practice: Real Estate (Drafting of Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, Conveyance, Agreements for Sale, etc.), Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Corporate Agreements, Research, Opinions, etc.
