    1. The Project Coordinator / Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all assigned projects and tasks, while maintaining a high standard of quality across the team.

    2. This role requires proactive problem-solving, timely issue escalation, and strong documentation practices.

    3.The ideal candidate will manage both personal and team assignments efficiently, ensuring that all work is completed within designated timelines and meets the quality expectations set by senior management.

Desired Candidate Requirement

    Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, team leadership, or a related role.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
